Today's new discovery: running in cold weather sucks.
I hate it. Hate it. I was freezing and sweating at the same time. What the heck is that?
Anyway, this is a picture of my running track. Around the lake is about 2.89 miles, and I usually can jog it in about 30 minutes. Which isn't terrible for a rookie runner. Today, however, I don't know if it was partly the cold weather or if I was just out of shape, but I only ran two miles and it took me 23 minutes AND I came back huffing and puffing like the Big Bad Wolf. Lord!
My goal: 27 minute 5K
